Timber Trail Resort across the valley nestles below at 3,000
ft. Timber Trail Resort has about 30 rooms, 6 double, 23
deluxe rooms and 1 suite. It also has a coffee shop. Other
facilities include swimming pool, multi equipped gymnasium,
health club and beauty parlour. It has recently opened. It has
recently opened its new conference hall with a capacity of 350
pax in theatre style, and boasts of the latest technology -
laptop connections, multimedia, DVD so on. An already existing
venue for conferences at the resort has 60 covers in theatre
style and 30 pax that can be arranged as per need.
Nestling cozily on the lap of the Shivalik range, atop two
adjacent hills and joined together with a cable car, Timber
Trail is an idyllic holiday destination. Though just a few
kilometers away from bustling Chandigarh, the hustle and
bustle of the city is forgotten as soon as one enters the
gates of this wonderful resort.
Surrounded by wooded hills, the kaushalya river meanders its

ROOMS
There are 63 rooms in total and covering almost all the
categories like - Deluxe, Doubles, Suites, Executive Suites
(Apartments) and cottage (with 2 Bed rooms each). The rooms
speaks out their story itself on this aloof and alone monkey
point of the big Mountain. In whichever room you are most of
the day the clouds become your room partners as they come from
nowhere.
