Simla British Resort provides an opportunity to get close to

The resort is about an hour from Jubbar Hatti Airport at
Shimla with regular connections from Delhi. Guests can be
picked up from Chandigarh, Kalka and Shimla railway stations
by resort staff in air-conditioned luxury cars.
Location :
Located at an altitude of 2,200 meters (7,250 feet), the
resort is a picturesque 10-minute drive over a 2 km distance
through forested hill from Shimla ISBT. shimla is currently
the capital of Himachal Pradesh and was once the summer
capital of the British. The resort offers undisturbed peace

Getting There :
By Air :There are direct flights to Shimla from Delhi . The
Shimla airport is 90 minutes from the resort. Jagson Airlines
operates a 17-seater direct flight from Delhi on every
alternate day. The flying time is 45 minutes. Pick up in air
conditioned luxury vehicles can be arranged from Shimla or
Chandigarh airport.
By Road :The hotel is located 2 Kms from Shimla, next to the
Vidhan Sabha, on the road to Annadale. Shimla is connected by
road from Chandigarh (124 Kms), from Kalka (110 Kms) and from
Delhi (385 Kms). The drive from Delhi to Shimla takes
approximately 8 hours and from Chandigarh to Shimla,
approximately 3 hours. The drive from Shimla
to the resort takes approximately 10 minutes.
By Rail :Fast trains run daily from Delhi to Chandigarh and
Kalka.The travel time is approximately 4 hour. From Kalka,
train connections on a narrow gauge railway, built in 1903,
are available upto Shimla. The travel time is approximately 4
hours. Pick up in airconditioned luxury vehicles can be
arranged from Shimla, Kalka or Chandigarh railway stations.
Accommodation :
From the suites and rooms every guest has a spectacular view
over the cedar forest. Every room has a spacious marble
bathroom with separate shower . The family suite features a
separate living room with a fireplace. In addition, the family
suite has a four-poster bed.

Simla British Resort is located in the heart of 2000 acres of
reserve forest which offers wide range of nature walks to the
visitors.
The resort is also surrounded by a network of natural water
springs which gives it an unique identification and prime

Simla British Resort even has got library facility. The
Libaray houses more then 800 books on various subject.
It is a L shaped lavish chamber known as Leather Library
Bar. The unique feature of the chamber is that it is covered
with leather curtains frilling over the windows.
The chairs are made cozy with leather case cushions not the
least we find a leather image of situated fire place. The
other arm of L forms an almost a square chamber having a
number of rare paintings decorating its walls. One of the
paintings is done with the help of wooden pieces, forming a
beautiful oriental building may be a Chinese painting,
spellbound the viewers. A number of pipes of antic value with
a long necked silver piece also attract the visitors.
